I was surprised with the 1 hour driving fee. When I called to ask about it, I was greeted by someone who was very defensive and rattled off times when they had told me about the 1 hour driving fee. To be clear, I asked him if he had a transcript (otherwise, you can't say at 5:11pm we told you about this) and he said that when someone on their end spoke with me, they wrote down what they said. So, just to be clear, that is not a transcript. Telling someone who is surprise to hear about a fee that they were told about it before is not great customer service. What could have been done differently is accept that perhaps this was a misunderstanding instead of basically calling me a liar. I suspect that a lot of people call with this complain (because he was so defensive, no?) if that is the case, you need to do a better job of informing people of this! I was told 2 hour minimum. I specifically asked Macey if there were other fees. This was her chance to tell me, YES, two hour minimum PLUS a driving fee. She did not. Guys, I know this because I made my decision based on that...so, there. I am happy with the movers (Tony and Alex) but I feel a bit disappointed about the rest of the experience. |

All three men were very hardworking and friendly. They did a great job and moved quickly -- while still taking care of my furniture and stuff! We really appreciated their help.

The crew moved all my awkward furniture and were able to put it exactly where I wanted in the new place. Everything was taken care of properly, and I certainly couldn't have made the move without their help. |

The moving crew was upbeat, professional and knowledgeable with the entire moving experience.

I absolutely loved my crew!!! They worked very, very hard. They didn't complain at all, even though it was hot and muggy outside, which made it hot and muggy inside. They are fit, young men. They had a great sense of humor, too. The items that needed to be packed and bound, they did so with extreme care. They wrapped everything, and didn't break one thing! They were very thorough in getting the items that needed to be brought and leaving those that didn't. I felt comfortable leaving the crew there alone at my house so that I could run errands, which is a level of trust that is hard to find these days. I feel confident in your services as a moving company and will recommend you highly. |

I loved the timeliness, professionalism, courtesy and promptness of the 3 young men.

No problems; minor damages that were honestly admitted by the crew. I prayed for their travel as we traveled to the new house in stormy weather. They were courteous and kind enough to wait until the storm subsided before they unloaded our sehold goods. |

I loved the way the guys rushed around while being especially careful with my belongings.

Although the guys were especially fast, I underestimated the amount of time it would take & therefore wasn't prepared to pay the entire amount due but the guys were so nice & let us help to complete the move within the amount of time I had estimated so I was able to pay in full. I was so embarrassed but they made me feel better and still appreciated the business I gave & the unload was estimated to be 1.5 hours & we completed it together in .5 hr & I will be sending the guys a tip on my payday to show my appreciation! From start to finish the company was excellent & I have already bragged on you to everyone who I've spoken to about the move! |

I didn't like how I got three phone calls asking me if I wanted to move at an earlier time after the first call I told steve I wanted to move after 12pm because I didn't have my keys yet he didn't make a note in the computer so I ended up getting two more phone calls asking the same question |

Extremely disappointed about the $90 surprise I received on shrink wrap and tape. This was not mentioned as a possible expense to me ahead of time. It was not on my invoice either. You cannot convince me AT ALL that those supplies cost you guys $90 |
