The movers that came today were just amazing. They did everything I needed, where great to chat with and everything was done quickly and easily. Even the furniture I thought would be difficult they handled like magic. |

The guys took their time but not so much that you would think they were riding the clock.. perfect balance. They worked extremely hard and stayed patient when traffic messed us up a bit on way to Austin, and again when the building elevator and workers gave us some problems until I strangled the correct supervisors.. ha. |

Elliott (the driver and paper work guy) was supportive of a very difficult (emotional) move for me and was attentive to explaining and insuring all paper work was correct.

Pricing was VERY high. I did not realize I would be nickel and dimed for incidentals such as tape to wrap moving pads on large items. The gas charge was very high. I thought the thirty minute before and after travel charge covered everything other than the hours I used the crew and truck (other than any pads I requested to keep or boxes). I also requested a large mirror and a couple of large art items be wrapped in paper and boxed (which I provided) yet they were not protected when items were unloaded at storage. I will need to go back and wrap these items myself on the floor of the storage site. |

THE MOVER DO THE GREAT JOB

I WILL NOT USE IT AGAIN AND WILL NOT recommon to my friends. I was being told that the labor cost+1hr drive. My labor loaded everything at 9:15am and done @ 10:20, left to my aprtment and arrived 11:15am and finished everything @11:50pm. The labor cost is two hours as you can see, but the driveing is 45 mintues, I got charged for 3 hours and one hour travel.
Whent the gentlement called, I asked him "for example, if your driver spent one hour to load and one our to unload, do I pay two hours labor +1 hr travel" he said yes ! he said whever the labor cost+1 hr travel. He did not tell me the labor including driving between point a to point b. I thought I will be charge for 1 hr travel time for that. I called him and he kept focuing on "the is the law for all movering in GA. I used someother mover before so he does not have to tell me that. He keeping saying "you agree to pay 2 hours labor +1 travel"..by what he saying that should be 3 hours not 4 hours. If I know how you charge, i will not privde the tip to all mover even it is not their fault but I would tell them the company did not expalin well and out of my budge. Again, I will not tell any friends about your company. I will also tell my freinds not to go back to use your company again. Hope "he" can help you gain more business by not expalin clear. According to some ppl used your company before, they do seems have some problem like me. Not sure why my freind recommed your company to me. I guess she did not clear know who your guys charge. later I will expalin and ask her not to recommon to anyone. |
