The movers kept in touch with me well. I sent them ahead of me to my unit, and they were almost all done moving before I even got there, which was wonderful. They were very efficient, they were pleasant to work with (and funny!) and they really made an effort to demonstrate that they cared about my move and getting it done quickly and well. And they pack things into a storage unit really well, with room to spare in a tight space! |

I was happy with the movers and the move.

The actual movers that came out were very professional and courteous.

This was one part of a two part move.Shobi was my original contact and I felt that he did well. All My Sons(Dallas)loaded me on a UHAUL today, and the Austin office is to unload me tomorrow. There was some confusion between Patty and I about the details of the move. She thought All My Sons were going to move me from start to finish. It gave the perception that the "right hand didnt know what the left hand was doing". After I was passed off from Patty to another employee...then finally back to Shobi, all was well and figured out. |
