I was originally sccheudled for Saturday move between 1pm and 4pm and was supposed to receive a call from some one one hour before the movers arrived. I didn't hear anything so by 3:30pm I called and was told that the movers would not be reporting until 7pm. This was so outside the window given and I couldn't accommodate the change in plans. Fortunately we were able to reschedule until monday but it did cause a big incovenience to my landlord and I had to miss 3 hours of work on monday. |

I was very angry that the movers led by David did not arrive at my home until 5:30 pm on 6/14. When I talked to him at 2:30, he was 45 min. away. My storage unit closed at 10 so we pushed the move to Sat. David said he would be there at 8 am. At 8:45 he called to say he was going to be late. Fortunately, Errol, Emmanuel & Barrington arrived right afterward. They were both professional and hardworking. Thanks to them, I will use and recommend your company again. |

took over 7 hours to load the truck, so was unable to move my stuff to storage facility which was pre-planned-due to the gates locking at 9PM. your office staff at the time tried to charge me $200 to store my furniture on your truck, which was not my fault. We had to schedule the move to the storage facility the next day. I had to ask someone else to take time to be there the next day so I could go to my closing on my sold house. the original three movers on 6/14 were very in experienced and were extremely slow all on my time which ended up costing me more money.. and not once did the sales staff or whoever they talk to on the phone try to talk to me about anything. it was all about the Money, not the service. |

Movers were wonderful -- friendly, efficient, and very easy to work with.
Small Office
Mike was very professional, took the inventory and the others got started. All three were very hard workers, cheerful, careful of the items they were moving and the walls/doorways they had to go through. There were outside steps at each location, and they were up and down those steps dozens of times with no complaint-- stairs didn't seem to slow them down. |

I was handling an estate move from an upscale retirement community. The crew understood that it was important to follow the community's guidelines regarding use of the freight elevator and being as quiet as possible. They came through with flying colors. In fact, when I met with the head of security at the community the next day, he praised Greg and his crew, saying that they did an "excellent job." |

The moving crew was upbeat, professional and knowledgeable with the entire moving experience.

I absolutely loved my crew!!! They worked very, very hard. They didn't complain at all, even though it was hot and muggy outside, which made it hot and muggy inside. They are fit, young men. They had a great sense of humor, too. The items that needed to be packed and bound, they did so with extreme care. They wrapped everything, and didn't break one thing! They were very thorough in getting the items that needed to be brought and leaving those that didn't. I felt comfortable leaving the crew there alone at my house so that I could run errands, which is a level of trust that is hard to find these days. I feel confident in your services as a moving company and will recommend you highly. |
