Received a verbal quote for one price and it doubled at the end of the move. All items were not even moved as quoted. Sofa, love seat, dresser and night stand were left because we bought new. Sales rep never mentioned minimums and drive time. I was charged for supplies that I was told were going to be used but not charged extra for. Never received a email detailing any quotes or prices. The movers were very nice but I feel that they do this to a lot of people with pricing. I tried several times to contact the Roswell office about this and was left on hold and no one ever picked up. Tried to pay what was verbally agreed upon but no one would ever respond to my email.

I had confirmed a two man crew for a move consisting of two stops (next door to each other) moving around the block and then moving items from the new house back to the old house's garage. The move was scheduled for the afternoon of December 30, 2014. The morning of the 30th, your office called and said they had a three man crew available who could come earlier. Sounded great -- more men, less time, right? Upon arrival, we pointed out what was to be moved from the first house and was told that most of the boxes in the garage couldn't be moved because they were not closed and sealed. Not a deal breaker. I asked if they would move the shelves and a box springs from the garage along with the furniture from the house before going to the next stop, and pointed out that they way they were loading the truck was not going to accommodate all of the goods. At that point, the crew leader said he new nothing about a second pickup, and asked to see what he was dealing with. I showed him, and after almost getting everything we asked them to get from the first house they took a fuel break (off the clock). When they returned they proceeded to begin loading the second household's goods, while checking their emails and messages on their phones and taking and making calls. They were not paying attention to how the goods were loaded and took a long time loading the goods. (I would point out that two men unloaded the entire second stop's goods in less than an hour last May.) By this time the "paperwork" had started and it was only then that I was told that unless I wanted to pay cash, there would be a 3% surcharge for using a debit/credit card. That issue is something I will bring to the attention of the BBB and others, as I don't believe that your customers should find out halfway through the move that you are charging them for this. To make a long story short, what I saw to be a 3, maybe 4 hour tops move stretched out to almost 8 hours -- way too long, and what most of the damage I found was found long after your crew had left, although in one instance, your crew insisted that the damage probably happened "years ago". And yes, I am very sorry that I used your company and will not do so again nor recommend your services to anyone I know.

Worst moving experience ever. Crew took 1:15 for a 30 drive to arrive after calling to confirm they'd arrive in 30 min. Sales contract is for crew of 5. Only 4 showed up which greatly impacted crew's productivity. Knowing crew was short 1 person, the crew chief asked me to sign and pay for 5 people vs 4. Price had to be negotiated with office over phone. Very awkward and unprofessional. Crew had no tools and asked me to borrow screwdriver to take desk apart. While taking desk apart crew damaged screw and could not remove desk as contracted for. I will need to hire another moving company to move desk. At storage unit crew moved 3 loads of furniture from 3rd floor storage unit to truck and then had to move them back as truck was full. As a result i'm still paying $300 month for storage unit. After arrival at home, estimate to complete job was inaccurate. As a result I need to hire another company to move boxes and assemble furniture. At home, only 1 bed was assembled. I need to hire another company to assemble 2 tables, 2 beds, a china cabinet and other items that were unassemblied. To summarize, no tools available to the crew caused significant productivity issues. Which caused the move to be partly done. A lack of trust, pay for 5 when only 4 show up. No tools, I was told that the crews tools were stolen. When the move was confirmed I was was the first time I was told about a 3% credit card charge. Most of the crew were friendly and had working.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in all my years! When I called to set up the appointment, I was promised wardrobe boxes for my hanging clothes. I was also told that my move was schedule for Saturday morning 12/20 between 8-12. Someone was supposed to call me to confirm the time, but no one did. When I called to confirm myself on Friday, I was told that I was schedule for 1-4. I was not happy. I had everything lined up for the morning. Then on Saturday, it was 9 when no one had shown up at my house; and I had no phone calls. When I called to find out what was going on, that’s when I learned that they had truck issue. Rule number one for running a successful business: pick up the phone and call your customer when something is wrong!! The movers did not show up until 10:30!!!!! When the movers finally came, they were moving so slow. I was anticipating the move to be 4 hours at the most. Plus they took forever on the paperwork (which by the way customers should not be paying for that time). Based on my calculations, your company owes me at least 1 hour of wasted time!!!! This was my first time using your company, and will probably be my last time!!! I was not impressed at all. I am a single mom, who does not have $1,000 for moving in her budget. If I thought for a moment that this was going to cost so much, I would have rented a truck and figured out a way to get the items moved. I was moving from a 3 room apartment for goodness sake! So it should not have been that much. And another thing, who charges clients for packing material???? How do you expect to move people’s goods without packaging them? At $119/hr plus trip time, the packing material should have been included!!! I was promised the wardrobe boxes because the man I spoke on the phone wanted my business. When I called to confirm, the lady I talked to said they were not included but was going to add them. When those movers showed up, there were no wardrobe boxes on the truck. This was really ridiculous. Your company is literally taking food out of a child’s mouth. I would love for someone to get back to me on this and refund some of my money.
