It was a great experience right from the start from the first phone call speaking with Christina, then I felt very comfortable with the conversation I had with Al right to the end. I was happy that you sent Timothy, Jermar and Lavaughne to me. They were great men; very courteous and hard workers. |

They listened to my concerns

The guys were great, knew what had to be done & how to do it. I had some really big heavy pieces & they battled that challenge!!! However a couple items were damaged, main one sons headboard may not be repairable. |

Small parts for my extremely expensive bed were broken and I do not believe this was handled appropriately. Further, my kitchen table had a huge gouge in it. Also a shoe rack was completely bent and had to be thrown away. It was a rather small move and I don't feel that this should have happened if proper care had been taken.
I also believe the guys had a very difficult time putting my bed together, which I have been told my bed is extremely easy to put together. I believe an unnecessary amount of time was spent trying to put it together and the driver of the truck just stood outside rather than coming in to help or pick up the slack.
I don't usually complain and I believe the guys did work hard to get me into the place, but I expect a certain level of professionalism and care especially for the kind of money I paid. My broken furniture should be repaired and I cannot do it because they lost some of the pieces that broke to my bed and the bed is from Bali. Also, the table can't be repaired and the shoe rack is in the garbage and wasn't an expensive item to begin with (but worth mentioning).
I tipped them all very well as they worked hard getting the job done, but Im not happy with how the damaged property was handled and I'm not happy that I was charged for the length of time it took when they put my bed together while one of the guys stood outside rather than coming in to help.
I hope something can be done to make me feel redeemed for what happened to my personal property and for the extra time I was charged for that seemed unnecessary and unfair.
