they called the day before and changed my time frame to 12-4. didnt show up til 515. then tried to tell me they were going to charge me more because 1 of your guys called in sick. very unprofessional in my opinion because it is not the customers fault when an employee calls in sick. the movers were great the office staff not so much. |

The entire Moving Crew were great. Each of them introduced themselves to my daughter, husband and I upon arrival. They were courteous at all times and showed that they truly cared about my daughters personal household belongings.

This is the seond time that I have utilized the services of All My Sons. Timothy was involved with my personal move on December 3-4, 2010. That mmove was excellent as well. My daughter and family will be moving once again in approximately 1 year after their new home is completed and We plan on utilizing All My Sons. We are hopeful that the same crew will once again be available for the future move. |

Anthony did a excellent job packing up the truck and ensuring that our items did not get damaged. He also was very adamant to ensure his teammates were careful with moving items. Overall I would highly recommend Anthony's service again. |

John was very conscious to wrap all my antique and delicate would pieces to insure they would not be damaged...three of which also contained glass.

John was very good at figuring out how to manuveur the extremely large pieces I had in and out of my home. Also - was able to get the truck down my mile dirty road and back it up an extremely steep drvieway with loose material on driveway without tearing up the driveway. Also John was very good with Corey - patient and gave him clear instructions on how to move and handle items. |

Was rushed at the end of the move; a large brown rubber stopper for the bed frame was handed to Anthony, but never placed on the foot of the frame or returned to me.
I was informed that only payment would be requesed at the end of the move and was taken back when my license was requested. I felt uncomfortable and believe there was no reason to provide this information that is confidential nor was there any reason the license # was written down by the mover. |

Kendall was constantly on the phone.
Solomon asked us to move things and take the beds apart.
The guys moved moved so slow, the whole time they were here I kept having to tell the guys to move faster and get off the phone.
I also feel that I paid more than nessary because they charged me for 6 and 1/2 hours. They left tape here and blankets so I do not know if I paid for that but I thought it would of been under $1,000. |
