I like the fact that you were willing to make sure EVERYTHING got moved in one visit, even though this involved calling another company to make sure our pool table got disassembled in time for the move.

Absolutely awesome. Everyone was extremely helpful in answering questions and laid-back about changes. Originally, this was just a small move with 10 or so pieces of furniture. It turned into 20 pieces (or so) and a pool table. No one even batted an eye about the changes. And, when I called to postpone because of the pool table not being disassembled, your guys called to get the other moving company out to do their part ASAP. I understand no one wants to lose business, but your guys went above and beyond to make sure things got done AND they were very respectful and polite about everything. |
